- Server hardware scalability is limited to hard drive and memory upgrades.
- Separate network from our Infrastructure and Application Hosting services, carries a 99% network uptime guarantee compared to the 100%
- Extra IP's are $2.00 per IP per month. There is a $15 Processing fee per request, but not per IP. Keep in mind you can do name based hosting and don't need 1 IP per domain name to keep costs lower.
- Due to automation in these setups, written SLA Guarantees for hardware replacement time, setup time, and issue resolutions are only available for custom servers in our Infrastructure or application hosting divisions.
