MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but a minimum of two full-time years of school towards a Bachelor's or Associates degree accepted, or 5 year sales/consulting experience in lieu of a degree.

• Computer skills required including experience with Word, Outlook and Excel.

• Must be comfortable working independently in a small office with lots of phone and on-line interaction and able to complete assignments on-time without extensive supervision.

• Accustomed to making independent decisions/judgments about work priorities.

• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, clients and leadership team.

• Excellent telephone and written communication skills.

• Must demonstrate polished interpersonal skills, high energy and flexibility.

• Sales and Customer service aptitude required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary purpose of an Independent Sales Agent is to effectively market, deliver customer presentations and close sales opportunities for new business. CWI provides a proven formula, training, manual, and an office location. If you possess an entrepreneurial spirit, are self-motivated and have a passion for "making the deal", you are the prime candidate for this role. You must be able to interact with business owners in a consultative manner, while possessing effective communication skills. There are no set limits to your potential for success. COMPENSATION

Hours: Schedule is flexible for the right person, including full-time opportunities, and the ability to set your own pace.

Salary: Commensurate with ability and experience. Base pay according to performance and number of clients managed through profit sharing, plus commission based bonuses on new acquired business.

Location: - Training sessions in El Paso, Texas. Independent positions then available though establishing business centers in Tucson, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Vegas or Albuquerque. Looking for candidates living in one of the above cities. We may consider other southwest regional cities with populations above 500,000.
