In the event this ever happens, you are simply required to: 1) Create a support ticket with UPTIME SLA in the subject field. 2) Mention you noticed your site down for greater than 25 minutes & not related to a reboot. 3) Include any supporting information if available, or third party visitor complaint/monitoring report.
